FULL PLANNING
This is the best investment you will make to enjoy your wedding! We work together from the time you sign the contract until the completion of your wedding. We will create a cohesive design and book your vendor team. We’ll oversee all the work throughout the entire planning process, while you make all the decisions. We are the main contact person for your vendors. Every detail is considered + overseen by us. This package includes full support + on site set up before your wedding + execution on your wedding day. Pricing begins at $9995.

PARTIAL PLANNING
As soon as the contract is signed, we get to work! We’ll provide vendor recommendations + expertise to your entire planning experience. You will feel confident selecting + booking your vendors knowing we've curated the right team within your budget. We will help with design + rentals and have planning meetings throughout to offer support so you don’t have to worry about forgetting something or making an uneducated decision. Full set up and execution is provided for your wedding day. Pricing begins at $5695.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Excited to plan your wedding but understand you do not want to work it, set up the morning of and be the point person on the day: enter event management. We’ll understand what you value, advocate for you and work hard to ensure your vision + hard work is brought to life! Upon booking, you’ll have access to a professional wedding planner for email questions. Then three months before your wedding, you transfer all details over to us to set up + execute the day! Pricing begins at $2995.

POWER HOUR
These calls are gold! We’ll hop on a one hour video call to talk about your wedding! Need a wedding pro to create your timeline - we’ve got you. Want to know how to create a budget or what things cost in the industry - 100% yes. You understand vendors can make or break your entire day but don’t know who is good and trustworthy - we do and can’t wait to tell you our favourites! After our call we’ll follow up with helpful ideas or resources. We know the relief these calls bring to engaged couples! Pricing: $300. We mix timeless + modern aspects. Let us explain! Trends change, so we create and design a timeless wedding that you will look back on in ten years and still adore. Yet, we are modern in our approach. If you don’t find value in something, we don’t think it’s worth spending any money on or incorporating. You don’t like cake? Then we aren’t designing a massive cake table and spending money on that. Want to get ready in the morning with your partner because you value that - great! We will make the timeline accordingly. We bring fresh, modern ideas with a timeless and effortless approach.

Yes. Private property or cottage weddings do not have any infrastructure or staff. We will create your wedding from the ground up (tent, lighting, bathrooms, catering tent, bar set up, inclement weather plan, full tent set up the week before to name a few) and staff your event. We love tented events and do a lot of them living in Muskoka! Once we have a discovery call (do you have road access or is it on an island?) we will send over a proposal. On average, most couples budget 20-30% more.

100% yes, for all planning services. We will have a check in meeting the Friday before, to ensure all details have been communicated + any decor you have (place cards, tables numbers etc) will be transferred over to us. This ensures we don't have to ask you any questions or bother you on your wedding day!

For full planning, half our couples have their date and venue secured when they reach out and the other half would love help sourcing a venue. Both work great! On average we work with most of our couples a year+ in advance to secure the best vendor team, but since covid we have planned many weddings in a few months and they've been incredible. Intimate, mid-week weddings are always a possibility whenever and are some our favourite events to execute!

Yes! The majority of weddings we plan are in Muskoka as we truly are the experts, however, we work all over Ontario planning weddings. Travel fees + overnight accommodation may be added for out of town events.
